Membership Hold Policy: If you are wishing to hold your membership at Iron Flag we require a 5-day notice prior to your billing date. If a hold is placed within the 5-day window, your hold will start the next billing cycle. Please note that after the hold period has ended, your membership will automatically renew based on your membership hold period. If you wish to cancel after the hold period, the 30-day membership cancellation policy will still be enforced.
Membership Cancellation Policy:I understand my membership will be canceled 30 days from the submission of this form. I understand if I have a scheduled renewal payment within this 30-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. I understand all payments are non-refundable. Valid for only one to one memberships.

“This Agreement may be terminated only upon the occurrence of one or more of the following events: (i) upon mutual agreement of the parties, in which case a cancellation fee will apply of 60% ; (ii) the death of the Client; (iii) Client becomes physically unable to avail himself/herself of a substantial portion of those fitness program services contracted for hereunder for at least six (6) months during the term; (iv) Client permanently moves his/her residence (as provided in the Agreement) more than fifteen (15) miles from the Premises; or (v) the dissolution of the Company. Company may require proof of a Client’s death or disability hereunder, including, without limitation, a doctor’s note confirming prognosis or permanent disability. Client may cancel memberships by notifying Company of their wish to cancel over the phone or in person, any time during business hours at least 5 business days prior to the first day of the month to be canceled. No refunds for membership fees will be provided; however, in the event of a cancellation of membership due to death, disability or relocation of the Client, the Company shall terminate this Agreement without assessment of a cancellation fee and will cease the draw of monthly payments hereunder commencing the month after receiving notice of such Client’s death, disability or relocation.”
